Honoring my Brother and Sister

In Loving Memory – James Earl Tyson
June 24, 1952 – February 12, 2008

I honor my brother James Earl Tyson, who died within days of receiving his diagnosis at the age of 55. He was a warrior that fought to the end.

My Guardian Angel, friend and confidant. I celebrate his life each day as I constantly think of the advice and long conversations we had. Although he wasn’t here when I fought through the breast cancer battle, “He was with me every day.” I love you more today my big brother and because of you I can fight for others.

James and Carol you two are definitely the wind beneath my wings. I will encourage, empower and inspire others to fight this disease, cancer. Until I join you in heaven.

In Loving Memory – Carolyn Tyson Colbert
September 5, 1950 –November 19, 2008

I honor my sister, Carolyn Tyson Colbert who gracefully battled with breast cancer and ended her fight on November 19, 2008. She touched the lives of so many women who were battling the same disease and encouraged them to keep fighting.

She was my inspiration as well as my prayer partner. Her love and compassion will remain with me forever. She left a legacy of wisdom and love that I will cherish for the rest of my life I celebrate her life each day with all the memories that linger in my heart each day.
